35 Miss. Code R. § 2-04-11-103
The native winery or distillery shall provide the retailer with an invoice itemizing the number of bottles and price of each bottle sold to the retailer. The retailer shall maintain this invoice for three (3) years. For months in which the native winery or distillery sells wine to retailers for pickup after providing notice to the LDC Warehouse, the native winery or distillery shall file a monthly report through TAP itemizing the number of bottles sold and price of each bottle sold to retailers under this regulation. A copy of all invoices showing such sales will be attached to the TAP filing. The native winery or distillery will not be required to file a monthly report if no such sales are made during that month.
