Miss. Code Section 67-1-41(10) allows retail permittees to pick up native wines and spirits sold by the Department, so that those alcoholic beverages may be delivered to the retail warehouse. The native winery or distillery shall accept the order on behalf of the Department and shall collect and remit all applicable taxes and markups to the Department as if the product had been ordered and delivered through the Liquor Distribution Center (LDC) Warehouse.
