No person, either individually or as a member or officer of a limited liability company, , partnership or association, or as a stockholder, officer or director in a corporation, shall own or control any interest whatsoever in more than one package retailer's permit. Furthermore, no spouse or relative of, nor any other person living in the same household as a person owning an interest in a package retailer's permit shall own an interest whatsoever in any other package retailer's permit.
