A licensee must submit an update to its license to the Department for approval prior to any relocation of a dispensary even if the move is entirely within a premises in control of the licensee. This includes, but is not limited to, expansions, changes in actual address or changes to co-location of multiple establishment types. A licensee may request to transfer its location within the city it is currently located within or to a different city or county location.
