A resident cardholder may not receive more than twenty-four (24) MMCEU's during any rolling thirty-day period from a dispensary or a combination of dispensaries. A nonresident cardholder may not receive more than twelve (12) MMCEU's from a dispensary or a combination of dispensaries during any rolling fifteen-day period. "Rolling" shall be calculated by reviewing the previous twenty-nine day or fourteen-day period, as applicable.
