A dispensary shall maintain control of areas of the premises designated for sales to ensure that only authorized individuals are able to enter, using one of the following arrangements:
1. Stationing an employee at the entry door during all hours of public operation. The employee shall check for valid identification and control entry to the premises; or2. Keeping entry doors locked. The establishment shall use a door buzzer or other means to alert employees that a person wants to enter the premises. An employee shall check for valid identification before allowing entry.35 Miss.
