1. Bond amounts.

2. Declaratory Opinions.

3. Letter rulings.

4. Oral or written advice.

5. Collection actions including but not limited to, liens and garnishments.

6. Diversions or distributions of tax revenue.

7. Refund offsets used to pay debts owed to other government agencies.
