Nothing contained herein shall affect the operation and maintenance of the Ross Barnett Reservoir nor shall anything contained herein be construed to waive the sovereign immunity of the District or anyone acting on behalf of the District, in whole or in part. If any provision of this ordinance is deemed invalid, such fact shall not affect enforcement of other provisions of this ordinance. This ordinance as renumbered and recodified shall be in full force and effect from and after June 1, 2011; however, all provisions of this Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect as initially adopted by the Board of Directors of the District.
