Rule 33-209-10.1 - Enforcement

The Sign Enforcement Official is hereby authorized and directed to enforce all of the provisions of this Ordinance. Upon presentation of proper credentials, the Sign Enforcement Official or his duly authorized representative may enter at reasonable times any building, structure, or premises on the District property to perform any duty imposed upon him by this Ordinance. The Sign Review Committee shall be appointed by the Board.
