Rule 33-208-6.2 - Duties of Variance and Appeals Board

The board shall hear and decide appeals when it is alleged an error in any requirement, decision, or determination is made by the Floodplain Administrator in the enforcement or administration of this Regulation. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the board may appeal such decision to the Circuit Court of the county in which the subject property is located, as provided in Mississippi Code Annotated, § 11-51-75(1972).
