Rule 33-208-4.1 - Designation of Flood Damage Prevention Regulation Administrator

The Board of Directors of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District hereby appoints the Chief Building Official to administer and implement the provisions of this Regulation and is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator and/or the administrator.
