Rule 33-204-8.1 - Loud, Disturbing and Unnecessary Noise Generally

. It shall be unlawful for any

Person to create any unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise within any portion of the Reservoir Project Area or for any Person to cause any noise of such character, intensity or duration as to be detrimental to the life or health of any individual or to cause any noise which creates a disturbance of the public peace and welfare or is a public nuisance.
