An Owner or Tenant who disagrees with a determination or order of the District Building Official under RPRO, which determination or order concerns his/her Premises, Dwelling, Dwelling Unit, or Rental Unit, may appeal such determination or order to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the District. The appeal shall be filed within ten (10) days after notification of the decision or order is given to the aggrieved party. The appeal shall be in writing on a form provided by the District for such purpose, and shall state the reasons why the appellant disagrees with such determination or order.
