Rule 33-204-11.1 - Pre-Application Development

The lessee of the proposed development (the "Developer"), as part of the pre-application process, shall meet with the General Manager of the District or his designee, who will make a preliminary assessment of the traffic impact of the proposed development. This review shall include, but not be limited to, consideration of traffic control devices, site access, on-site circulation and turn lanes.
