Rule 33-2-2.7.1

All projects which receive loan assistance from the DWSIRLF must meet the requirements of the SDWA, the cross-cutting laws and authorities specified in Appendix H, and all related implementing regulations. The Department may establish state procedures acceptable to EPA.
