Section 32-24-8.07 - Smoking Products Policy

The use of tobacco products was prohibited on the UMC Campus as of November 1, 2005. Center clients are allowed to smoke only on balconies of the 2^nd (dorm) floor. (Reference: "Rights of Persons Served" file and Client Handbook.)
