These services are provided to eligible Office of Vocational Rehabilitation for the Blind (OVRB) clients who are unable to or who do not wish to participate in a center based training program. Itinerant services include, but are not limited to; orientation and mobility, low vision services, development of job readiness skills, pre and post facility services, recommending and teaching the use of aids and appliances, as well as recommending and referring to other service providers.
