Section 32-10-5-5.0 - Eligibility Policy StatementOVR/OVRB counselors shall determine whether an individual is eligible for VR services within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed 60 calendar days after the individual has submitted an application for services. The eligibility determination period may be extended if:
1. Exceptional and unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the counselor preclude the making of the eligibility determination within 60 days, and the counselor and the individual agree to a specific extension of time, or2. The counselor is exploring an individual's abilities, capabilities, and capacity to perform in work situations through the use of Trial Work Experiences (TWE). 49 (See Section 5.7)32 Miss. Code.
