Rule 31-505-8.1 - Required Dissemination of Information1. The service provider will be responsible for providing information regarding the program's participants, complaints or concerns, technical problems encountered when requested by the MDPS.2. The service provider shall inform the MDPS of any hardware modifications to the ignition interlock device undertaken by the manufacturer.3. The service provider shall provide to the MDPS proof of installation and the results of servicing.4.
