Rule 31-403-1.3 - Scope of Declaratory Opinions

The State Medical Examiner will issue declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:

1. a statute administered or enforceable by the State Medical Examiner,

2. a rule promulgated by the State Medical Examiner, or

3. an order issued by the State Medical Examiner.
