Rule 31-201-5.2 - Scope of Declaratory Opinions

MEMA will issue declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:

A. a statute administered or enforceable by MEMA,

B. a rule promulgated by MEMA, or

C. an order issued by MEMA.
