Rule 31-2-12.27 - Summary of Legal Requirements

The law states the information that may be released to the public includes:

1. Name

2. Address

3. Photograph, if available

4. Date of photograph

5. Hair and eye color

6. Sex

7. Race

8. Date of birth

9. Place of employment

10. Crime for which convicted

11. Date and place of conviction, and

12. Any other information deemed necessary for the protection of the public.
