Rule 31-1-7.8 - Processing of Identification Cards1. Effective March 1, 1995, all renewals and/or duplicates of identification cards will be processed by the same policy that regulates driver license renewals or driver license duplicates.2. Proof of Domicile - Identification Cards3. Effective October 5, 2001, all applicants applying for an identification card must show proof of domicile before they are issued an identification card.4. Proof of domicile shall be the same as for a driver license.
