Rule 31-1-7.8 - Processing of Identification Cards1. Effective March 1, 1995, all renewals and/or duplicates of identification cards will be processed by the same policy that regulates driver license renewals or driver license duplicates.2. Proof of Domicile - Identification Cards3. Effective October 5, 2001, all applicants applying for an identification card must show proof of domicile before they are issued an identification card.4.
