Rule 31-1-3.9 - Late Renewals1. A $1.00 late fee shall be charged to anyone with an expired driver license. This fee will be charged if the license is expired due to being suspended, revoked or just late coming in to renew.2. The $1.00 late fee shall be waived if the applicant elects to take the driver license examination.
