Rule 31-1-3.14 - Internet Renewal/Re-instatement Payments1. Any payments made for license renewals, re-instatements, or motor vehicle records that are retracted for any reason will be handled in the same policy as a bad check.2. The fees for a retracted payment via the internet will be the same. The person will pay the original fee, the internet fee ($3.00) plus the $10.00 fee if the person's license is suspended.
