Rule 31-1-3.1 - Proper Collection of Fees1. When an examination is given and the applicant discovers he doesn't have the proper fees, the examiner will hold the receipt until such fees are produced or until the end of the day. If the applicant hasn't paid the fees by the end of the workday, void the receipt.2. An explanation must be written on the voided receipt and the generated report.31 Miss. Code. R. § 1-3.1
