Rule 31-1-2.13

Will Accept any Valid Learner's Permit Subject to Restrictions Mandated by the Issuing State as Long as a Person is At Least 15 Years or More of Age:

1. 15 Years of Age - Idaho and Minnesota

2. 15+ Years of Age - Colorado and Missouri (15 + 6 months)

- Maryland (15 + 9 Months)

- Virginia (15 + 8 months and accompanied by a licensed driver 18 years of age)
