Rule 31-1-10.12 - Restriction "F"1. Effective January 19, 1995, a Commercial Driver License (CDL) may be issued or renewed for individuals who meet the present vision requirements for a non-commercial driver. The CDL must be restricted to Intrastate Driving, Restriction F.2. From and after July 29, 1996, no new (first-time) CDL shall be issued to anyone who does not meet the vision requirements established by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Division.31 Miss.
