Rule 30-901-3.10 - Disposition of Applications Applications may be approved; deferred for more experience or additional references or other reasons; closed; or denied.
1. Approved applications a. When an application is approved by the Board for citation to an examination, the applicant shall be notified by the Executive Director. The action of the Board shall be spread on the minutes.b. When an applicant has met the qualifications for licensure, the applicant shall be notified of licensure and the action of the Board shall be spread on the minutes.2. Deferred applications - Deferred applications shall remain on file for one (1) year from date of deferment. If the reason for deferment is not removed within this time, the application will be closed.30 Miss. Code. R. 901-3.10
