Rule 30-2830-1.1 - Accountability The RN shall be responsible and accountable for:
A. Making decisions that are based upon knowledge, competency, experience, and the use of the nursing process.B. Knowledge of and compliance with the laws and regulations governing the practice of nursing in Mississippi.C.
