Rule 30-203-3.2 - Reinstatement of Certificate A certificate holder that allows certification to lapse after June 1st of the even numbered calendar year in which it was due will be required to reinstate said certification by filing an application for reinstatement of an expired certificate supplied by IDAC, paying the reinstatement fee and providing the following information:
A. A list of work experience since the date the certificate officially lapsed; andB. Certification that the applicant has not used the title or held himself or herself out as a Mississippi Certified Interior Designer during the time in which the certification was inactive or lapsed; andC. Certification that the applicant has acquired twelve (12) units of continuing education within the twenty-four month (24) period immediately prior to the date on which the application for reinstatement is submitted. The type of activity and content of continuing education hours must be in accordance with the provisions set forth in Chapter 4 and reported in a format acceptable to IDAC.30 Miss. Code. R. 203-3.2
