Rule 30-901-3.2 - Acceptance of Applications1. Withholding of information, misrepresentations, or untrue statements will be cause for denial of an application.2. Persons who have been previously disciplined by the Board shall appear before the Board and show cause why they should be accepted as an applicant for licensure or enrollment.3.
