Rule 30-802-3.2 - Executive Director1. Neither the Executive Director, individually, nor the surety of the Executive Director's official bond shall be held financially liable or responsible for any action taken by the Executive Director when the Executive Director is acting under direct instructions from the Board as shown by the minutes of the Board.2.
