Oral examinations will be conducted no less than twice a year. After passing the written exam and completing the postdoctoral supervision requirement, applicants will be approved to take the oral examination on the date set by the Board. The applicant will be responsible for being on time for the examination. Late appearance may have the effect of canceling the examination for the applicant for that day. An applicant should expect the oral examination to last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. At the time of the oral examination the applicant will submit his or her completed jurisprudence examination for review.
