Rule 30-3201-1.2 - DUTIES OF MEMBERS The Chair of the Board shall preside at all official meetings and functions of the Board and shall conduct meetings and all formal business of the Board according to Robert's Rules of Order. The Board Chair will supervise the operation of the Board office and shall be the conduit for all official correspondence with the Board with the exception of any correspondence related to the specific duties of board members as outlined below.
A. The Executive Secretary of the Board shall be responsible for addressing all complaints and overseeing or conducting investigatory proceedings as outlined in the Board's laws, rules and regulations.B. The Treasurer of the Board will supervise the maintenance of all financial records of the Board. The Treasurer will make a statement regarding the financial status of the Board no less than quarterly. The Treasurer will maintain all the records in keeping with the requirements of the laws of the State of Mississippi.C. The Credentialing Coordinator will coordinate professional evaluation functions of the Board.D. The Recording Secretary will be responsible for the preparation of minutes of all actions taken by the Board.E. The Continuing Education Coordinator will supervise all activities of the Board regarding continuing education activities of psychologists and providers and will report to the Board on such matters as needed.30 Miss.
