Rule 30-301-1.4 - LicensingA. License application for promoter, director, manager, matchmaker, boxer, kickboxer, tough-man contestant, wrestler, submission wrestler, referee, timekeeper, trainer-second, judge, or any contestant shall be made in writing on a form prescribed by the Commission or by online application.B. The Commission shall charge a fee not to exceed $100 for each license or permit for promoter, director, boxer, manager, matchmaker, tough-man contestant, wrestler, submission wrestler, referee, timekeeper, trainer-second, judge or any contestant.C. Each license shall expire on June 30th after issue.D. Each applicant must use his or her legal name when applying for a license.E.
