Rule 30-2810-1.1 - Contract for Examination

The Mississippi Board of Nursing (hereinafter referred to as board) shall accept annually the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) or its successor examination for registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and shall contract with the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc., for the examination.
