Rule 30-2501-9.17 - Changes during the School Licensure Period

The Board of Massage Therapy must be informed immediately of any changes in the following areas:

1. Ownership

2. School Name

3. Instructors

4. Programs of Study

5. Evaluation Methods

6. Job Placement Service

7. Administrators

8. Financial Stability

9. Location

10. Accreditation status, including violations

11. Prior to any Change of Ownership
