The funeral provider must give a printed or typewritten GPL for retention to persons who inquire in person about funeral goods or funeral services offered by the funeral establishment. The funeral provider must present the GPL for retention to the person with whom he or she begins discussion of any of the following: the type of funeral or disposition; prices of funeral goods or funeral services; or specific funeral goods or funeral services offered by the funeral establishment.
