Rule 30-2302-1.8 - PRE-HEARING MOTIONS1. All pre-hearing motions shall be filed not later than fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled hearing. Said motion shall include an explanation of the grounds on which relief is sought. A motion may be accompanied by an affidavit as necessary to establish facts alleged in support of the motion.2.
