Rule 30-2201-8.5 - Reinstatement Following Disciplinary ActionA. Any person whose license and/or LPC-S certification has been revoked due to disciplinary action may reapply for licensure/certification, including payment of all fees, one (1) year after the revocation. All current requirements for licensure/certification must be met.B.
