Rule 30-2101-7.14 - Health and Safety IssuesA. Removal of moles, blemishes, or any type of tissue destruction is prohibited. B. No practitioner or instructor will massage any person upon a surface of the skin or scalp where such skin is inflamed or where a skin infection or eruption is present. C.
