The following fees shall apply for the following purposes:

| There shall be no renewal fee for any licensee seventy (70) years of age or older. | ||

| T. | Refunds will automatically be made on overpayment of fees. Refunds will be made on under payments by written requests from applicants. If no request for refund is made within sixty (60) days, the fees will be forfeited. | |
