Rule 30-2101-1.1 - Authorization and ApplicabilityA. The following Rules and Regulations are adopted in conformity with Chapter 7 of Title 73 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended, pursuant to the authority vested in the Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology ("Board").B. These Rules and Regulations are applicable to all persons licensed or registered in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of Title 7 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended, and are effective as of July 1, 2000 and will continue pursuant to law.30 Miss.
