A Landscape Architect shall not knowingly solicit or accept employment for professional services for any work which another Landscape Architect has been exclusively employed to perform and with which work the other professional is no longer to have any connection, without first having been advised in writing by the Landscape Architect's prospective employer that the employment of the other professional has been terminated.
