The disciplinary hearing shall be before the Board of Chiropractic Examiners and shall be presided over by the Chair, or designee of the Board. Following the disciplinary hearing, the Board shall, in writing, notify the accused as to what sanction(s), if any, shall be imposed and the basis for the Board's action. All disciplinary hearing proceedings are a matter of public record and shall be preserved pursuant to the state law.
