Rule 30-1502-2.7 - Background Investigations1. Each owner of more than ten percent (10%) of an AMC shall be of good moral character as determined by the MAB pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 73-34-109(b), and shall submit to a background investigation authorized by the Board. 2. Background investigations shall be conducted by a law enforcement agency or entity authorized by the Board and shall be conducted at the applicant's expense. The Board shall conduct searches for participating state AMC registration and licensing checks through the National Registry, or other venues as directed by the Board. Statewide criminal background checks are to be initiated by the applicant with the results to be sent directly to the Board.30 Miss. Code. R. 1502-2.7
