Rule 30-1301-2.4 - Duty of manufacturers to specify delivery and preparation obligations of dealers

Each manufacturer shall specify in writing the reasonable delivery and preparation obligations of its dealers with respect to vehicles to which the obligations are applicable prior to delivery of such vehicles to consumers.
