Rule 30-1101-2.9 - Reconsideration of Action on an ApplicationA.Reconsideration request - An applicant may request reconsideration of a denial of application if the request is based on additional information and/or evidence which could affect the Board's decision.B.Time limit for reconsideration - A reconsideration request must be made within thirty (30) calendar days after notice of denial has been mailed.C.Personal appearance before the Board - An applicant may file a written request to appear before the Board to support the presentation of the additional information and/or evidence.
