Rule 28-305-7.2 - Time LimitsA. If a grievance is not initiated within the time limit as set forth above, it will be considered waived.B. If a grievance is not appealed to the next higher step in the specified time limit or an agreed extension thereof, it will be considered settled on that level.C. If the grievance appeal is not addressed within the specified time limit, the employee may elect to treat the grievance as denied at that step and immediately appeal the grievance to the next step.D. Time limits may be extended by the Executive Director if good cause is demonstrated for doing so. 28 Miss. Code. R. § 305-7.2
